Caitlin F. Breen is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Labor + Employment Group.
Caitlin represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination and retaliation claims, employee leave and benefits issues, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. She advises clients on workplace policies and procedures, drafts employee handbooks, employment agreements, and restrictive covenants, and assists with internal investigations into employee complaints.
Before joining Pryor Cashman, she practiced labor and employment law at New York law firms and served as an Agency Attorney with the New York City Department of Education’s Office of Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining. Earlier in her career, Caitlin served as the Court Law Clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office.
