Catherine Perez is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Litigation Group, where she represents clients in complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation.

Her practice includes intellectual property, securities, and business litigation, with experience across trademark, copyright, and trade secrets matters. Catherine also advises clients on trademark protection and enforcement strategies and has a particular interest in disputes involving media, fashion, art, entertainment, and emerging technologies.

Before joining Pryor Cashman, Catherine practiced at a major international law firm where she worked on a broad range of commercial and intellectual property matters.

During law school, she was a legal intern for the Smithsonian Institute and the National Trust for Historic Preservation. She also a Miami Scholar and was the recipient of the Dean Patricia White Scholarship in Entertainment, Arts, and Sports law.
