Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB ("WSFS"), as successor indenture trustee to more than $1.3 billion in second lien notes, has hired Pryor Cashman LLP in connection with the Momentive Performance Materials Inc. ("Momentive") bankruptcy. Seth H. Lieberman and Patrick Sibley of Pryor Cashman’s Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Creditors’ Rights Group are representing WSFS in the Momentive bankruptcy.
