Pryor Cashman Represents Wilmington Trust in Vanguard Bankruptcy

Pryor Cashman has been retained as counsel to Wilmington Trust, National Association, as indenture trustee to $51.1 million in senior unsecured notes issued by Vanguard Operating, LLC, in the Vanguard Natural Resources, LLC (“VNR”) bankruptcy case. VNR is a publicly traded limited liability company focused on the acquisition, production and development of oil and natural gas properties. VNR and certain of its affiliates filed for bankruptcy on February 2, 2017 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
