Pryor Cashman represented both 12 East 13th Street Property Ownership LLC in connection with a $33 million mortgage loan and 12 East 13th Street Mezzanine Borrower LLC in connection with a $29.4 million mezzanine loan.

Both loans were obtained to finance the development of a residential condominium project at 12 East 13th Street in New York City.

The loans were made by ACREFI Mortgage Lending, LLC. The transaction closed August 29, 2013.
