Spotting and Mitigating Risk
A former in-house associate general counsel at a large chemical company, Danielle brings a savvy business perspective to her practice. Her experience in public and private mergers, acquisitions and dispositions is beneficial to clients who are evaluating similar deals. Danielle helps clients determine their tolerance for risk, identifies how potential issues can be avoided, develops approaches that are financially and strategically viable, and skillfully negotiates terms.
When one of Danielle’s clients was reconsidering going forward with a transaction with a problematic structure, she was able to save the deal by crafting new terms that were attractive to both the client and the other parties. Danielle closed the deal after months of intensive negotiations.
