Pryor Cashman client Terex Corporation, a global leader in specialized equipment solutions, has completed the sale of Capacity Trucks and LayMor to Right Lane Industries (RLI), a private industrial holding company. Both businesses are headquartered in Longview, Texas, and will operate as standalone companies under RLI ownership, with their existing brand names, management teams, and workforce remaining in place.

Founded in 1974, Capacity Trucks is one of North America’s original terminal tractor manufacturers, while LayMor makes ride-on sweepers for construction, industrial, municipal and rental customers. RLI acquired 100% of the membership interests of both businesses, and Terex will provide transition services for a defined period following closing.
