Pryor Cashman represented SAMTD Acquisitions Woodbridge LLC in connection with a mortgage bridge loan in excess of $15 million.  SAMTD, a New Jersey-based residential developer with over 40 years of industry experience, will purchase 7.1 acres of fully entitled land in Woodbridge, NJ, where they are approved to construct 355 residential units.  The transaction closed on June 28, 2016.
