Partner Perry Amsellem will be a featured speaker at the 2016 Art and Cultural Heritage Crime Symposium.

Amsellem's lecture, "Case Study: The Cautionary Tale of Knoedler & Co.” will provide a behind the scenes view of the legal challenges faced by the Dedalus Foundation - and he, as its counsel - in what has come to be known as the Knoedler scandal. Specifically, Amsellem will discuss how he simultaneously sought to defend the Foundation against a baseless action, while utilizing the unfounded attack as a vehicle to expose what he and his client believed at the time to be a major fraud on the U.S. art market.
