Partner Richard Levy was a panelist at the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys 2012 CLE weekend, from May 17-20th at the Seaview Resort and Spa – Atlantic City, NJ.

Levy’s panel, The Annual Bankruptcy Update, took place on May 19th. His presentation, in addition to discussing recent developments in bankruptcy, included:

• The effect of Bankruptcy Code section 546(e) on fraudulent transfer and preference avoidance claims
• The treatment of trademark licenses in bankruptcy
• Creditors' claims for post-petition interest in bankruptcy
