From recruiting to engaging with new audiences, bringing senior leadership into the discussion and identifying ways to add diverse talent to your organization, this interactive event will address how to improve your D&I footprint and, potentially, your bottom line. Other topics will include the expanding notions of inclusivity, how to tackle the diversity gap in courtrooms and boardrooms, and how to reconcile emerging developments in New York discrimination law.

This course satisfies the new category of CLE credit effective January 1, 2018, titled Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias (“D&I”). Experienced attorneys who are due to re-register on or after July 1, 2018 must complete at least one (1) credit hour in D&I. The content of this course is appropriate for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys (transitional/non-transitional).
