Partner Colleen Caden was a guest speaker at the From Prospect to Pro: A Legal Primer on Recruitment of Professional Athletes Including Foreign Players seminar, co-sponsored by The Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, The Metropolitan Black Bar Association, and the Black Law Student and Minority Law Student Associations of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

The seminar, which was held Thursday, March 8, 2012 at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, covered key issues affecting the recruitment of professional sports players, including the regulation of agents, NCAA rules, the NBA categorization of prospects, and dealing with foreign agents and players, including immigration aspects.
