Juergen Ostertag, chair of Pryor Cashman's German practice, spoke at the "Mechanical Engineering in the United States" event, organized by the Stuttgart Chamber of Commerce in Besigheim, Germany, in cooperation with the VDMA (German Engineering Federation), the Komet Group and the German American Chamber of Commerce.

Ostertag spoke on the topic of "Mechanical Engineering and Liability." His presentation addressed questions of product liability and outline contractual limitations of liability under the Uniform Commercial Code and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
