Pryor Cashman's Art Law Group co-chair Megan Noh will moderate a panel during the New York County Lawyers Association's 13th Art Law Institute: New Insights in Art Law. The panel will discuss VARA disavowal and the consultation of living artists in the context of insurance claims for damaged artworks.

Noh is a member of the program's steering committee along with Amelia Brankov,  Brankov PLLC; Andrea Crane, Andrea Crane Fine Art; Pippa Loengard, Kernochan Center for Law, Media and the Arts, Columbia Law School; Melissa Passman, Alpine Global Management LLC; and Renée Vara, VARA Global Fine Arts.
