Join the Mechanical Licensing Collective (MLC) for an introduction to its technology approach and a discussion of issues facing the industry.  The MLC was established pursuant to the Music Modernization Act, and will provide blanket licenses for the use of musical works in interactive streaming, and maintain a publicly-accessible database on musical works ownership and a portal for searching and claiming unmatched works.
