Partner Frank P. Scibilia, a member of Pryor Cashman’s Litigation, Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment and Digital Media Groups, will be moderating a panel on “Performing Rights, Consent Decrees, & Collective Licensing” at the Music Business Association’s Entertainment & Technology Law Conference to be held on September 29, 2015 in New York City.

Scibilia’s panel will discuss the current state of play and possible future with regard to licensing performance rights to digital and satellite music services, ASCAP and BMI, the consent decrees, and the rate courts.
