James Klaiber, member of the Intellectual Property Group will moderate the roundtable “When Strings Attach to Intellectual Property: Far Reaching Consequences of Performing U.S. Government Contracts and Subcontracts” hosted by the New York City Bar.

This roundtable will discuss the risks of entering into a contract with the government as either a domestic high-tech company, a start-up or a foreign company and the possibility of losing their rights to their intellectual property.
