Art and Fashion Law Conference 2024
Pryor Cashman Partner Dyan Finguerra-DuCharme, co-chair of the Intellectual Property Group, is speaking at the 2024 Art and Fashion Law Conference, presented by the Federal Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Law Section.
Dyan is part of the panel discussion, “AI in Fashion: Impact on Design, Marketing, Sales and the Workplace,” which takes place on the second day of the two-day event. (Day one is focused on art law; day two is focused on fashion law.)
The panel “will address recent developments in artificial intelligence (AI) and how AI is affecting the fashion industry from design, to marketing, sales and the industry’s workforce. Panelists will address intellectual property considerations in AI, and the evolving host of questions across different areas of the law, including privacy, cybersecurity, labor and employment, products liability, corporate governance and consumer protection.”
