Pryor Cashman Partner Dyan Finguerra-DuCharme, Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property and Fashion Group, and Of Counsel Laure Sawaya co-wrote an article for the New York Law Journal’s Fashion Law special report examining how the fashion industry is using artificial intelligence in not only the design process and consumer experiences but also in intellectual property protection and enforcement, design development, and protection. The article also covers the potential ramifications of deep fakes on influencer and celebrity endorsements and collaborations and how to prepare for standard industry contracts in the future.
