Pryor Cashman Partner Dyan Finguerra-DuCharme, co-chair of the Intellectual Property Group, appeared on ABC News’ Nightline to discuss the “Wirkin,” an inexpensive version of Hermès’ signature Birkin bag sold on Walmart.
