Pryor Cashman Associate Sophia Sofferman, a member of the Media + Entertainment Group, participated in the Cardozo Invitational Negotiation on Entertainment, Media & Art (CINEMA) Competition, presented by the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
Sophia served as a judge for the CINEMA event, which “simulates intellectual property negotiations in which law students, acting as lawyers, manage a series of legal problems relating to real-life scenarios.” She helped evaluate the competing teams based on the oral arguments they presented and provided individual feedback as to negotiation strategies and techniques.
