Pryor Cashman, utilizing its experience in software-based intellectual property M&A transactions, represented A.V.M. Software Inc./Paltalk, a leading group video chat platform, in the acquisition of all of the assets and business of Tinychat Co.

The acquisition of Tinychat Co., a popular chat platform launched in 2009 that offers text, audio, and video capabilities for chatting, further consolidates Paltalk’s position as the leading video chat provider in the world.

The Pryor Cashman team was comprised of members of the firm’s Tax and Corporate Groups, including Partners Richard Frazer, Jeffrey Johnson and Eric Woldenberg, and associates Preethy Kolachalam and Jonathan Stein.
