Pryor Cashman represented client InterCloud Systems in its acquisition of RentVM, Inc.

Intercloud Systems provides modern day IT and network solutions to the enterprise markets through cloud computing and professional services.

The acquisition, which closed in February 2014, dramatically expanded InterCloud’s cloud capabilities. The consideration for the acquisition was all stock, which was largely made possible as a result of InterCloud’s recent listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market.
