Pryor Cashman represented InterCloud Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: ICLD) in connection with its acquisition of AW Solutions, Inc., a Florida corporation, and AW Solutions Puerto Rico, LLC, a Puerto Rico limited liability company.
InterCloud Systems, Inc. purchased the outstanding shares of capital stock of AW Solutions, Inc. and the outstanding membership interests of AW Solutions Puerto Rico, LLC for an aggregate purchase price of $5,215,607. The transaction closed on April 15, 2013.

AW Solutions is a professional, multi-service line, telecommunications infrastructure company that provides outsourced services to the wireless and wireline industry.
