Pryor Cashman Counsel Joshua M. Greenberg, a member of the Media + Entertainment Group and the Digital Media, M+E Transactions + Financing, Film, TV + Podcast, and Trademark Practices, is participating in the New York Law School Intellectual Property Law Society and Media Entertainment and Fashion Law Association Third Annual Symposium.

Josh will be speaking on the panel "Lights, Cameras, Legal Action!: Intellectual Property in Film & TV Deal-Making." The panel will explore key aspects of intellectual property (IP) law in film and television deal-making, including the protection of creative works, high-stakes legal battles over IP rights, and strategies for safeguarding films, scripts, and music. Additionally, speakers will cover law practice management, offering insights on handling complex cases, managing client expectations, and collaborating with industry stakeholders. Josh will be joined by Flora Fuks from AMC Networks, Brendan Waterhouse from Story Syndicate, Cira Limoli Nisco from NBCUniversal, and moderator Waldo Espinosa from Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz.
