Kimberly Rubin is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Corporate Group, where her practice focuses on mergers + acquisitions, debt financing, and other complex transactions.
Previously, she was a corporate associate at another major New York law firm, and worked in the communications and operations functions for an international restaurant and hospitality company.
