Labor + Employment

Ronald Shechtman, chair of the Labor and Employment Group, will speak at New York University’s 68th Annual Conference on Labor, moderating the panel, “Joint Employers.” In recognition of the 80th anniversary of the NLRA, this year’s theme is, “Who is an Employee and Who is the Employer?” The conference is co-sponsored with the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations as well as St. John’s University School of Law, and brings together top government officials and leading attorneys for this two-day program.
