Edward Rayner, Chairman of Pryor Chashman’s Executive Compensation, ERISA and Employee Benefits Group, will be a speaker at the Practicing Law Institute’s seminar “Pension Plan Investments 2014: Current Perspectives” to be held in New York on April 1, 2014.

Rayner will be on the panel “Controlled Group and Termination Liability Development” and will discuss the implications of the Sun Capital decision, the Asahi case, and the St. Gobain case.
