Pryor Cashman Represents Delta Galil in Acquisition of Major Apparel Brand LittleMissMatched
Delta Galil USA Inc, a subsidiary of Delta Galil Industries, Ltd. (DELT/Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, DELTY.PK/OTCQX), the global manufacturer and marketer of branded and private label apparel products for men, women and children, acquired the trademarks and other intellectual property of LittleMissMatched. The transaction closed on On December 7, 2012,
Founded in 2003 as a line of non-matching socks sold in odd numbers, LittleMissMatched has evolved into an iconic lifestyle brand whose mission is to enable girls of all ages to express their individuality and creativity. The brand assortment currently includes apparel, primarily socks, as well as accessories, bedding, home décor, furniture and cosmetics. LittleMissMatched products are sold through its retail stores and online at its website, via wholesale channels in the U.S. and internationally, and through an extensive network of licensees.
Delta Galil was represented in the transaction by members of Pryor Cashman’s Corporate, Intellectual Property and other practice groups, including Partners Richard Frazer, Kenneth Schulman, Teresa Lee and Jeffrey Johnson, Counsel Louis Ciccone and Associate Muzamil Huq.
