Pryor Cashman client Havana Central – the popular Manhattan eatery known for festive ambiance and high-quality, authentic Cuban comfort food – opened its fourth outpost on Long Island at Roosevelt Field in Garden City, N.Y.

"Our new location offers the authentic Cuban cuisine, delicious mojitos and live Latin music that guests in Manhattan and Westchester have come to love," said Jeremy Merrin, Founder & President of Havana Central. "We're excited to partner with Simon Properties at the best location on Long Island. Locals will now be able to experience the tastes, sounds and energy of pre-revolutionary Havana. Buen Provecho!"

Richard Frazer, Chair of Pryor Cashman’s Restaurant, Food and Beverage Practice, and Counsel Louis Ciccone negotiated and closed the financing for construction of the newest Havana Central location. Real Estate Partners Brad Kaufman and Andrea Gendel negotiated the lease with Simon Properties as well as the lease for Havana's Ridge Hill Mall restaurant in Westchester with Forest City Ratner.
