Matthew Lamb is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Litigation Group, where he routinely represents clients in complex civil litigations involving business torts, breach of contract, commercial fraud, and antitrust violations.
As a litigator, Matthew advances the objectives of his clients, including real estate investors and developers, pharmaceutical and medical device companies, multinational banks, and FinTech companies. He works to guide clients through sophisticated disputes demanding pragmatic, business-based solutions, and trying those disputes when required.

- A fine art auction house in litigation concerning consignment and sale of art work.
- A real estate management company specializing in multifamily management and operations in connection with bringing claims for fraud, fraudulent transfer, and breach of contract.
- BLT Restaurant Group, an international restaurant and hospitality group, in connection with litigation alleging breach of contract and fraudulent transfer claims.
- A real estate development company in a dispute concerning construction and development of commercial property.
- Various individuals in connection with investigations and enforcement actions by the SEC and FINRA.
- An international luxury goods retailer in an investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice.

- The Baltimore Orioles, a Major League Baseball team, in television rights arbitration and appellate litigation concerning allocation and pricing for broadcasting rights.
- YPF S.A., a major Argentinean oil and gas producer, in an action brought by the State of New Jersey and Occidental Chemical Corporation in connection with one of the United States’ largest environmental litigations stemming from allegations relating to pollution of the Passaic River in Newark, NJ, also involving issues of fraudulent conveyance and piercing the corporate veil.
- Johnson Controls, a Fortune 100 leader in building efficiency services and solutions, in federal and state lawsuits alleging that a former industrial site polluted a neighborhood in Goshen, Indiana.

- A global pharmaceutical company in putative antitrust class actions consolidated in multidistrict litigation alleging anti-competitive price fixing and market allocation practices purportedly in violation of the Sherman Act and state antitrust laws.
- A global medical device manufacturer in putative antitrust class actions consolidated in multidistrict litigation alleging horizontal price fixing and vertical resale price maintenance purportedly in violation of the Sherman Act and state antitrust laws.
- A medical device company in litigation alleging breach of contract and fraud claims relating to the purchase and sale of medical diagnostic equipment.
- A biotechnology investment company in arbitration alleging breach of contract relating to the development of a medical device.

- A broker dealer of digital currencies in arbitration proceedings against a cryptocurrency exchange platform concerning breach of contract disputes surrounding development and regulatory approval for digital exchange.
- A hedge fund defending a books and records inspection action pending in Delaware Chancery Court and related breach of fiduciary duty and fraud allegations.
