Pryor Cashman represented JAMS, a private provider of alternative arbitration and mediation resolution services, in a leasing transaction for the firm's new office location at 3 Times Square in Midtown Manhattan. JAMS has secured more than 55,000 square feet of office space across two full floors in the Rudin-owned tower.

JAMS is expected to relocate from its current offices at 620 Eighth Avenue to 3 Times Square in the fourth quarter of 2027.
