Brad has more than 40 years of experience in leasing, acquisitions, and financing.
Brad’s clientele includes high-end global luxury brands, international retailers, restaurants, health clubs, and developers. Negotiating leases for spaces that range in size from 1,500 to more than 100,000 square feet in retail and exceeding 1 million square feet in a single office transaction, Brad has closed leasing deals involving many millions of square feet during his career.
Opening Doors from Coast to Coast
Brad’s deep knowledge of real estate markets has enabled him to open doors for many foreign-owned retailers seeking to establish a presence in the U.S. He also helps clients expand their coast-to-coast presence by negotiating leases in high-visibility locations in major urban centers and in premium and outlet malls.
In Manhattan, Brad represents numerous owners and companies in some of the city’s most desirable retail and office locations, including properties located on Fifth Avenue and Madison Avenue, as well as in trendy SoHo and the Meatpacking District.
Representing a major regional developer, Brad negotiated the lease of more than 100,000 square feet of prime Fifth Avenue property, setting the then-record for the most valuable retail lease ever signed in New York City. He also negotiated the then-largest rental-value office lease in New York City in a transaction for a Big Four accounting firm.
A Real Estate Thought Leader
Brad is often called upon by the press to comment on real estate trends and leasing matters and is frequently quoted in newspapers, law journals, and trade publications. He has authored numerous book and leasing manual chapters and articles in various publications on a wide range of topics in the commercial and retail leasing field.
