Other panelists will be Chase Winovich (former NFL and Michigan star) and Lauren Hoselton (Founder of Total NIL and former Ole Miss athlete).

This panel will discuss the latest developments in the collegiate and professional athlete name, image, and likeness (NIL) space while dissecting college and NCAA regulations and compliance concerns. The panelists will explore strategies and frameworks that athletes use to enhance and commercialize their intellectual property and NIL, focusing on leveraging social media platforms and artificial intelligence (AI).

During the event, Nick and his fellow panelists will draw on their experiences to discuss new trajectories and paths for athletes and the impact of emerging sports such as cricket on the existing U.S. sports landscape.

This program is CLE-accredited for 1 CLE credit, and designed for experienced attorneys and newly admitted attorneys.
