Pryor Cashman represented Monarch Business and Wealth Management, a joint venture between Barry Klarberg and Asset Alliance, in connection with a strategic investment that CertusBank, N.A. has agreed to make in Monarch.
Monarch, a financial and life management company founded by Barry Klarberg, represents legendary professional athletes, internationally acclaimed entertainers and high-net worth families.
The Pryor Cashman team was composed of Partners Brad D. Rose, John J. Crowe and Associates Robert C. Lamonica and Meghan Dwyer, with assistance from Partner Eric Woldenberg and Associate Jonathan Stein of Pryor Cashman’s Tax Group, and Partner Edward Rayner and Asociate Matthew Young of Pryor Cashman’s Executive Compensation, ERISA and Employee Benefits Group.
