Charron Appears on ArtTactic Podcast to Discuss New Court of Arbitration for Art
William Charron, Co-Chair of Pryor Cashman’s Art Law practice, recently appeared on the ArtTactic podcast to discuss his role in forming the Court of Arbitration for Art (CAfA), a specialized arbitration and mediation tribunal dedicated to resolving art law disputes. Joined by his fellow CAfA working group member, Megan Noh, Charron explained the motivation behind creating the CAfA and why the existing courts are not ideal venues for resolving art disputes.
