The article discusses Energy Future Holdings Inc.’s much-anticipated bankruptcy filing. The company expects to complete its restructuring within 11 months.

"In a case of this magnitude, with this much at stake, it certainly can go relatively quickly. It can be an 11-month process. But oftentimes the more that’s at stake, the more parties, for better or worse, may be incentivized to dig in their heels a little more, which at times can lead to delay," said Lieberman.
