Pryor Cashman Represents Icon Parking Systems In Securing Lease For New Headquarters
Pryor Cashman LLP represented Icon Parking Systems in the leasing of office space at 270 Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan from affiliates of ABS Partners Real Estate. The lease is for the entire second (2nd) floor and is comprised of approximately 17,420 rentable square feet. The new space will serve as the headquarters for Icon Parking Systems.
Icon Parking Systems is a New York-based parking services company with over 200 Manhattan locations.
Partner Ronald B. Kremnitzer, Co-Chair of Pryor Cashman’s Real Estate Group, and Counsel Benjamin J. Teig represented Icon Parking Systems in negotiating the lease. Lawrence B. Simon of Morrison Cohen LLP represented ABS Partners Real Estate.
Icon Parking Systems was represented by Brent Ozarowski of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, while the landlord was represented in-house.
