Pryor Cashman LLP represented Icon Parking Systems / Quik Park in the leasing of a parking garage at 1735 York Avenue from landlord York 1735 LLC, an affiliate of Bonjour Capital.  The lease is licensed for 92 cars and was signed on May 11, 2015.  Icon Parking Systems / Quik Park is the premier provider of parking services in New York City.

The Company has been in business for more than 50 years and operates over 300 parking facilities in virtually all of Manhattan's high profile, prestigious neighborhoods and business districts.
