Pryor Cashman Will Host Chinese Guests of the U.S. Department of State for Group Discussion About Intellectual Property Rights

Pryor Cashman, acting at the request of the Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program, will on March 14, 2011 host a group of Chinese dignitaries at its offices for a group discussion about intellectual property rights.
The discussion will be moderated by Pryor Cashman Partner Jeffrey Johnson, a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. The distinguished participants from the People’s Republic of China are current or emerging leaders in government and the law who specialize in intellectual property matters.
The intellectual property issues to be discussed on March 14th include licensing and the arbitration of intellectual property-related disputes.
