Olga Beloded is a partner in Pryor Cashman’s Tax Group.

Over a nearly 30-year career, Olga has gained a reputation as a highly skilled and trusted advisor to domestic and foreign corporations, closely held businesses, and high-net-worth individuals on complex tax matters across different legal systems. She regularly advises multinational corporations on the tax implications of domestic and cross-border deals, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, and real estate transactions. She also counsels multinational corporations on internal tax planning issues, including foreign tax credit, CFC, and passive foreign investment company rules.

For high-net-worth clients, Olga has extensive experience facilitating tax-efficient charitable giving, including to U.S. “friends of” organizations. Foreign governments also seek her advice on tax treaty matters and tax issues arising in investor-state arbitration proceedings and other international disputes.

Olga also represents clients in tax controversies at the IRS examination and appeals levels.
