In the on-line magazine The Wrap, Partner Lisa Buckley, a member of Pryor Cashman's Entertainment, Litigation and Intellectual Property Groups, discusses the legal implications concerning who can record or perform under a band name when the band is no longer together in its original form and both the original band members and the departing member(s) all want to use the band’s name.
