As a part of Pryor Cashman’s Corporate Trust Group, Rebecca focuses on representing banks and financial institutions in trustee and agency capacities over a wide array of financial transactions.

Before joining Pryor Cashman, she was an associate at another major law firm in New York where she represented banks, issuers, and other financial institutions in residential and commercial mortgage-backed securitizations.
