Partner Teresa Lee co-chairs Pryor Cashman's Trademark Practice and is a member of the Intellectual Property, Media + Entertainment, and Litigation Groups.

Her practice includes advising on trademark and copyright issues, including their selection, clearance, registration, use and licensing. Teresa handles opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and manages contentious IP proceedings around the world. Her extensive transactional experience includes negotiating and preparing co-existence and settlement agreements.

The many clients who trust Teresa to manage and troubleshoot their sophisticated intellectual property issues include high-profile recording artists, songwriters, authors, celebrities, entertainment companies, models, fashion designers, sports teams and associations, athletes, banking and financial institutions, and media executives.
