Pryor Cashman Counsel William Thomashower, a member of the Intellectual Property Group, is speaking at the One-Day Patent CLE Seminar, presented by the New York Intellectual Property Law Association (NYIPLA).
Bill will be discussing the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent Jack Daniel’s trademark/parody decision on an NYIPLA panel, “Recent Supreme Court Decisions & Hot Issues.”
Bill was a co-author of a client alert about the case, Jack Daniel’s Properties, Inc. v. VIP Products LLC, and he served on the NYIPLA Amicus Committee, which wrote an amicus brief to the Court when the case was pending.
