Pryor Cashman recently represented Japanese retailer MUJI in securing a lease for a new 11,500 square-foot location in The Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards. This will be MUJI’s 8^th store to open in New York City.

The space will offer an array of apparel, home décor, electronics and health & beauty products, along with a café designed to enhance shoppers’ experience. The new store is expected to open on March 14, 2019.

Representing MUJI on the transaction, which closed June 19, 2018, was Partner Andrea Gendel and Associate John Rothman, both members of Pryor Cashman’s Commercial + Retail Leasing Practice.
