Pryor Cashman Represents Landlords in Lease for Downtown Hermès

Pryor Cashman Partner Andrea Gendel and Associate Amanda Waye, both members of the firm’s nationally-recognized Real Estate Group, represented 46-50 Gansevoort Street, LLC and William Gottlieb Real Estate in a deal to lease a 10,000-square-foot space to Hermès in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District.

Promising to bring “much more of a downtown feel,” the three-level store located at 46-48 Gansevoort Street is expected to open in Spring 2019. The lease was signed on January 12, 2017.

Aurora Capital Associates brokered the deal on behalf of the landlords.
