Partner Megan Noh will be participating on a panel discussing resale rights and restrictions in the context of the growing movement by emerging artists negotiating for contractual provisions (including “right of first refusal,” prohibitions on auction consignment, and/or resale profit sharing) aimed at effecting control over the artist’s market and maintaining a post-sale economic interest in their creative output.
