Pryor Cashman Partner Megan Noh, who co-chairs the firm’s Art Law Group, is a featured speaker for an upcoming International Society of Appraisers (ISA) First Monday Meet and Greet event.

Megan will speak to ISA’s members – professional fine art and collectible property appraisers – about best practices for appraisal engagements. Her lecture will touch on the distinct roles of valuation and authentication; the use of engagement agreements inclusive of client representations, warranties, and indemnity; and the disclosure of extraordinary assumptions in appraisal reports.
