Charron Presents at 2026 Legal Issues in Museum Administration Conference in Denver, Colorado
Pryor Cashman Partner William Charron, Co-Chair of the firm’s Art Law Group, will speak at the ALI national Legal Issues in Museum Administration (LIMA) 2026 conference in Denver, Colorado. Now in its 53rd year, the conference brings together museum professionals and both in-house and outside legal counsel from across the country for in-depth guidance on the most pressing legal and business issues facing museums today.
Bill will join fellow panelists Sofia Castillo (Assistant General Counsel of the Smithsonian Institution) and Cristina del Valle (Senior Associate General Counsel for The Metropolitan Museum of Art) for “A Day in the Life of a Museum Copyright Attorney,” where Bill will present recent case updates in the areas of visual art copyright fair use and the Visual Artists Rights Act (VARA).
